Term: lot number (lot_number)

A distinctive alpha-numeric identification code assigned by the manufacturer or distributor to a specific quantity of manufactured material or product within a batch. Synonym: Batch Number. The submitter should provide lot number of the item followed by the item name for which the lot number was provided
