Conference COVID-19 policy

Coronavirus (COVID-19) remains a serious health risk. For this reason the GSC have taken the decision to REQUIRE all in person attendees are fully vacinated at least 14 days before the conference start date, proof will be required at registration.

All visitors to French Polynesia will need to complete the ETIS certificate, only available from the ETIS website. This is in addition to any visa requirements.

Suggestion: check testing options at your departure airport, or google: 24 hr traveler PCR covid testing, to find local testing places
Required pre-flight COVID-19 testing
- either get a RT-PCR within 24 hrs of your flight, OR both a RT-PCR within 48 hrs of flight plus an antigen test within 24 hrs of flight.
- if you get only the antigen test pre-flight, you will have to get an RT-PCR test when you land, ~$260 USD per test

COVID test, to take before traveling back to the US
- There are testing sites on Moorea and Tahiti

Visa requirement

Most nationalities do not require a visa to travel to French Polynesia, you can check on the Tahiti tourism website. If you do require a visa to visit French Polynesia, please contact us for an official invitation letter.
